How to Use

1. Empty 1 sachet into the rinse bottle.

2. Fill with clean lukewarm distilled/filtered water up to the mark.

3. Shake to mix well.

4. Lean forward & gently squeeze bottle into one nostril, allowing solution to drain from the other.

5. Repeat for the other nostril.
