NOTE: DISCARD AFTER EACH USE

Instructions:

1. Push down the lancet cap into the body of Sterile Auto-lancet until it clicks.
2. Carefully twist off the protective cap until it is separated from the device, then pull of the protective shield.
3. Push the Sterile Auto-lancet firmly onto the chosen site, the press trigger .
4. DIspose of the Sterile Auto-lancet in a suitable sharps container.
