-Cardiovascular disease (secondary prevention).

-Management of unstable angina and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI)| Management of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).

-Suspected transient ischaemic attack.

-Ischaemic stroke not associated with atrial fibrillation.

-Following coronary by-pass surgery.

-Acute ischaemic stroke.

-Patients receiving anticoagulantion for a prosthetic heart valve and at significant risk of haemorrhagic transformation.

-Mild to moderate pain | Pyrexia.
